PAR999 originates from our partner’s shared vision of developing hospitality and tourism projects in local communities. These projects are designed to position communities to host unique experiences for the hospitality and tourism industries.

PAR999’s CEO, Amir, envisioned the idea to utilize hospitality education and career development to improve the economy and job prospects in select communities, while in turn promoting education tourism within the community and region. These projects are aimed to aid the community in rising as a regional, national, or international destination for hospitality education and development. The idea then evolved into a teaching hotel concept where the students would have the opportunity to experience delivery of service and each commercial guest would be part of the curriculum.

PAR999’s partners collectively have over 90 years of independent project and hotel development experience. This invaluable experience has been earned globally, in Western Canada, The United States, China, Vietnam, and Hong Kong. PAR999 also has extensive knowledge and expertise in private post secondary institution ownership, management, and development.
